This page describes what MoverPro stores while it moves data between your stores. It will be expanded into a full privacy policy before general availability.
We store your name, email address, a salted password hash, your workspace name, session records and workspace activity events. Temporary sign-in attempt records limit repeated attempts. Server logs can contain IP addresses and request paths.
When you connect a store, we store its address and the API key or access token you provide. Keys are encrypted before they are written to our database and are never shown again or sent back to your browser. We use a read-only key for your current store. Disconnecting a store deletes its key immediately.
MoverPro reads the records you select (for example products, customers and orders) from your current store and writes them to your new store. Record contents are processed in memory and not kept after they are written. To prevent duplicates and to produce your report, we keep for each record: its type, its ID in both stores, a short label (such as a product title, customer email or order number), a fingerprint of its content and the result. Customer and order records contain personal data of your customers; you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to move them.
We connect to your stores’ own APIs (for example WooCommerce and Shopify). Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The application does not include analytics or advertising scripts.
Projects, reports and record mappings remain while your workspace exists so that later runs never duplicate records. Store keys remain until you disconnect the store. Account deletion is not yet self-service; email digitalworkforceps@gmail.com to request deletion or a copy of your data. Never send API keys by email.
